How to Send a Complete Fastener RFQ

A clear fastener enquiry helps us identify the right product and prepare a useful quotation. You can send a request directly through Contact & RFQ, with or without a product already selected.

1. Identify each item

Start with the product name and standard, or attach the controlling drawing and revision. Browse the product families if you need a starting point. On a product page, expand the specification groups to find the listed material and size combination.

2. Keep each specification on its own line

Separate the material, property class, dimensions and quantity. Use a new line whenever the size or material changes. State metric or inch units clearly and mark anything unknown as “please confirm”.

A format you can copy
Product / standard or drawing:
Material:
Property class or mechanical requirements:
Diameter × length; thread pitch:
Finish:
Quantity and unit:
Delivery country and required date:

For washers, nuts and other parts, list the dimensions relevant to that product instead of filling in a bolt length. See how to read a fastener specification for help.

3. Add your list, drawing or photograph

The current enquiry form accepts supported PDF, image, CSV and Office document formats: up to 5 files, 5 MB per file. Use clear filenames and identify the drawing revision. If several files cover different items, explain the connection in Requirements. Please follow the upload field guidance and do not include confidential or sensitive information.

4. Add delivery and document requirements

Include the delivery country, required timing, packing needs and any inspection or material documents you require. Tell us whether alternatives may be considered. Current stock, dispatch timing and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation.

5. Review and send

Check your name, company, business email and country, then review the item list and attachments before selecting Send RFQ. Sending an enquiry requests a quotation; it does not place an order.
